Devgad is the taluka of Sindhudurg district in Konkan Maharashtra & it has 98 villages. It is situated near the Arabian sea and famous for its natural destinations, and plato surface. Devgad is also famous for its Alphonso Mango and Cashew farming but in this blog Devgad beach is our focus point. Let’s drive the focus on it

If you like to see the sea from a hill then this is a great place for you.I did not know about this place earlier but when I researched about the tourist places of Konkan, I saw the video of YouTuber Harish Bali and after that I did a lot of research on it, then I found it surprising that my mind got stuck on this tourist destination. I found this place so beautiful in the videos and photos that I decided that I have to explore this destination and after that I visited this place in the winter season.
I had booked a cab from Ratnagiri to go to Devgarh beach and we started our journey early in the morning.On this journey, I covered a distance of 101 Km from Ratnagiri to Devgad and I saw the main tourist spots in between, including Bhatye Bridge, Bhatye Beach, Devgali Beach and Kanakaditya Temple.Friends, this was the story of my reaching Devgarh beach from Ratnagiri. Things to do in Devgad beach
- Devgad beach is the virgin beach so you can feel and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere here.
- You can enjoy the beautiful sea view from the hill and it's my first time experience.
- Windmill park is the attraction point of this destination, so you can see the windmill closely here and take memorable photographs.
- Devgad beach zipline activity is famous among tourists because it's Maharashtra's longest zipline at the beach side, so you can also do this activity during your tour.

How to reach Devgad Beach ?
Devgad Beach is situated in the Sindhudurg district, and you can reach this place by road in two methods which I have mentioned below.
- Reach Ratnagiri railway station and book a private cab or take the MSRTC bus from Ratnagiri bus stand to reach Devgad.
- Reach Kudal railway station which is Devgad beach nearest railway station and only 35 km from here, and take MSRTC bus or Private cab to reach Devgad.
