52001 Bilimora to Waghai Heritage Train- Full Coverage of 100+ years Old Rail Line
Bilimora city is situated in Navsar distinct of Gujaratand it near to banks of Ambika river within Gandevi Taluka. Billimora city have one of the major railway station on Ahmedabda to Mumbai line and its known as Billimora Junction.
Billimora station is Junction point because one line goes to Mumbai- Ahmedabad and another is Bilimora Junction to Wagahi Station Narrow gauge line and its built during British time in year 1914 as part of Gaekwar's Baroda State Railway.
In this blog covered the journey experience on this Bilimora to Waghai Heritage rail line and train 52001/Bilimora - Waghai NG Mix Passenger pulled by 80+ years old diesel engine.
This is my first Narrow gauge rail route coverage and first experience is very nice, and train is run on time 10:20 am morning from Bilimora Junction to Wagahi station its covered the 60 km distance between this in 3 to 3.30 hours approximately.
In this route, I have ssen lush green jungle which is under vansda national park and beautiful Ambika River Narrow gauge Railway Bridge and covered 9 stations between this rail route. This very nice rail route I recommend you to visit during rainy season July to September or Winter Season October to February. Now lets talk about train timing and pricing details.

- 20 rs. Ticket cost for general coach
- This train have tourist coach with full air conditioner and wash room , and chair car its 270 rs. But I recommend you to travel on general coach because you can enjoy real journey in this.
