Lake Pichola, located in Udaipur city in the Indian state of Rajasthan, is an artificial freshwater lake, built in the year 1362 AD, identified after the nearby Picholi village. It is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Udaipur. Lake Pichola is famous for four islands, namely – Jag Mandir, Jag Niwas, Mohan Mandir and Arsi Vilas. Badi Lake Udaipur




Lake Badi is one of the major romantic places of Udaipur city. It is an artificial lake built by Maharana Raj Singh I (1652) in the town Badi that's the reason people called Badi Lake or Lake Badi. Badi lake has been quite famous among tourists in recent years. The historical name of this lake is Jiyan Sagar named after Jana Devi, mother of Raj Singh. This Hindu temple established on the Machla Magra Hills, near the Doodh Talai Lake in Udaipur. From Udaipur railway station it's 3km far, and Mansapurna Karni Mata Ropeway is a famous cable car ride that connects Sri Karni Mata Temple at Machhala Hill Top and Deendayal Upadhyay Park in Udaipur.
