History Behind Shri Hari Balaji Mandir Chimur

The history of Shri Hari Balaji Temple dates back to the year 1704 when a farmer from Chimur named Bhikuji Dahule Patil heard the sound of a metal-like thing in his farm when he was starting to dig the ground for his cattle shed. He stopped digging at that place and then on the same night he had a dream that the idol of God was buried at the same place in his farm and then the next day he started digging again and found the idol of god Balaji and later he installed the idol at the same place.

After a few years, in S.
